How does it work?

Every time you swing, it translates kinesetic and audio feel because the ball is attached to a bungy cord inside the shaft. But how the ball comes out tells the story.

1. The ball should come out but never touch the ground - if it does you are going to slice, lose power, top etc.
2. On completion of your swing the ball should never touch your back - if it does (don't worry it is soft and non-injurious!) you have not completed your follow through as a result of keeping your head down too long, lack of leg action etc.
3. If the ball wobbles on the back or thru swing - swing is too jerky, quick etc.
4. If the ball does not come out - you have no power.
